✿ Private Hot Tub ✿ Private Deck ✿ Reliable High Speed Internet ✿ 5 mi from Parkway ✿ 17 min drive to Gatlinburg ✿ Parking for 2 cars ✿ Sleeps 4 ✿ Foosball table ✿ Washer and Dryer ✿ No smoking inside DRIVE: As with most cabins with a view, the cabin is located in the hills. Parts of the drive will be curvy/winding and include a couple steep portions. You will need 4WD (4-wheel drive), AWD (all-wheel drive) and/or tire chains to get up to the cabin during the winter season in the event of inclement weather. NEIGHBORS: The second empty lot up the street from the cabin was recently purchased and the new owners have begun construction in September on their new cabin. There may be some construction noise until the cabin is completed. WILDLIFE: Since the cabin is located in the wilderness area, you will likely see and hear critters. As hard as we try to prevent pests with a comprehensive pest control process and monthly treatments, there may still be visits from 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 100+ legged creatures (i.e. millipedes, ladybugs, flying squirrels, etc) in the cabin. Please help prevent it by closing entry doors when not in use. Lastly, it is not uncommon to encounter wildlife animals, such as bears while staying in cabins in the Smoky Mountains. Please keep your distance. Close your car windows and lock the doors. Do not leave food in the car or unattended outside the cabin.

FIRE BAN: Sevier County has imposed a ban on open fires on the area where the cabin is located in. This includes outdoor burning. If folks are caught burning, it is a misdemeanor and are fined $2500. This applies to my cabin as we have an outdoor park style charcoal grill. You will not be allowed to use it unfortunately. This burn ban is in effect due to the devastating fires that hit the Smokies last year where many cabins were lost. Hopefully you understand this burn ban and will oblige.

Our family of 3 and 2 dogs had an amazing time at Brad’s beautiful cabin. It’s exactly as described and we really appreciated how spotless and squeaky clean the place was, especially since we have a crawling baby. Brad was a great host, super friendly and easy to communicate with. This cabin is away from the busy downtown areas and conveniently located near the arts and crafts district, and the views are unmatched. Although clear and descriptive directions were provided, we had no problem finding it on Google maps. We would love to come back! So much better than staying in a hotel. We really felt at home. Thank you!

The cabin was just as described. Brad is an incredibly responsive and communicative host. The views were lovely & the area is very peaceful, calm and quiet. We didn’t see or hear anyone else the whole time we were there. I definitely recommend!

Beautiful and peaceful place. Well equipped as well. It was an adventure drive to get to the place first time ( we drove at night) around but we got use to the steep roads after that. Overall great experience and lovely place.

The cabin was in a great location, although the roads up the mountain can be challenging, we didn’t have any issues with our SUV. Felt secluded while being about 15 mins away from local towns and one entrance to the national park. Outdoor area with the hot tub was really nice. Everything was clean and there was enough in the kitchen to help us to be able to cook throughout our stay. Brad was also great at communicating. Would definitely stay again.

First time trip to the Smokies and it took us weeks to finally settle on a house for our getaway. Needless to say, our efforts paid off by finding this gem in the mountains. Great description, pictures and most importantly the reviews. The house was just what we were looking for in a mountain getaway. And the views? Yes, treetops and mountains as you relax on the deck or hot tub. The house had everything you could need for your stay. As far as our host . Brad, he is what you hope and dream for when renting with Air BnB. He was very responsive and helpful prior to check-in , during our stay and at departure. He provided plenty of instructions and assistance prior to our arrival. We did have a issue one night with the water pump. After contacting Brad, he was immediately on the case. He had his guy come out first thing in the morning to correct the issue. Brad even sent us some Crumbl cookies for our inconvenience. What a great host. Do yourself a favor and book this place.
